A charitable trust working for the medical, educational and social development of the Sujala region of Rajasthan.

Our story

Development begins with understanding the root of a problem

Sukshem Foundation is a Sujangarh-based non-profit organisation focused on community development and capacity building within the local socio-economic community. Since 2018 we have been working across the medical, educational and social sectors in and around the Sujala region.

We believe meaningful development begins with understanding the root of a problem. Our approach therefore focuses on identifying community needs, strengthening existing resources and creating opportunities that deliver long-term value.

We work collaboratively with residents, professionals, institutions, supporters and community stakeholders to create an ecosystem in which people and communities can flourish.

History

Our journey

What began as a wish to give back has become a broad effort spanning healthcare, education, social development and community infrastructure.

2018
Sujangarh Festival
Held from 19 to 21 October 2018 at Lohia Stadium, coordinated by Shri Rajendra Dadhich, the three-day festival brought together nearly 950 families from across India and abroad, with cultural programmes drawing about 10,000 people. It was supported by the Rajasthan Government’s Department of Tourism, Art & Culture, the Department of Local Self-Governance, the Churu District Administration and the Sujangarh Municipal Council.
2018
The Foundation takes shape
The need for a multi-speciality hospital in the region was felt strongly during the festival. Under the vision of Shri K. C. Maloo, Sukshem Foundation was conceived as a body driven not by economic gain but by social welfare.
1 December 2019
Sukshem Foundation established
Registered as a charitable trust, with Shri K. C. Maloo as settlor, working across education, healthcare, social justice and community development.
2023
Land, approvals and architects
Land donated to the Government of Rajasthan; land surveying and soil testing completed; agreement signed with M/s Skyline Architectural Consultants in May 2023.
2025
Construction begins
Work starts on the hospital building and external development at the Sujangarh site.
2027 & 2029
Phase I and Phase II handover
200 beds targeted by March 2027 and the full 300-bed campus by March 2029.
